Better Place Health Management

    Why BPHM Exists

A founder story about the space between visits.

Ryan spent years helping Medicare beneficiaries navigate the healthcare system. He sat across from families, walked through senior living communities, and worked alongside physicians who genuinely wanted to do more.

And he kept seeing the same pattern.

Seniors were falling through the cracks between visits.

Not because anyone was failing at their job. Because nobody had visibility into what was happening in the quiet hours in between. A cough that started three days ago. A nap that lasted a little too long. A resident who used to walk to breakfast, now staying in bed.

The tools were already there. Monitoring technology existed. Clinical teams existed. Call centers existed. Family communication platforms existed.

    None of them worked together.

A sensor without a nurse is a dashboard. A nurse without a workflow is a bottleneck. A call center without clinical context is a courtesy check. Every piece existed in isolation, and residents were still ending up in emergency rooms for things that could have been caught days earlier.

    So Ryan started BPHM.

Not to build another sensor. Not to launch another RPM company. Not to sell another dashboard. But to be the connective tissue between the technology, the clinicians, the families, and the facilities.

BPHM was created to connect them.

That belief still runs through everything we build. Technology alone will never fix senior care. But technology combined with people who care, working together in a coordinated way, absolutely can.

    Meet the team building it.
